We have expertly crafted a six-week course to cultivate a deep awareness for the mind-body connection. In this unique process, with practice, we ease our way into meditation and slowly layer on powerful guidance, integrating meditation and nutrition coaching. Laurie Wasserman

Co-founder of Absolute Nutrition

Laurie Wasserman is on a mission to help Americans regain control of the obesity epidemic by empowering people of all ages and fitness levels to look and feel their best with quality nutrition advice delivered with a down-to-earth, relatable approach. As an entrepreneur, she is cofounder of Absolute Nutrition Counseling, a multi-office nutrition counseling facility that has helped thousands of clients reach their wellness goals, including various radio and television personalities. As an educator, she brings her passion for healthy eating onsite to many large corporations through lectures and cooking demonstrations. Her ultimate objective is to use her network outreach to bring the most current and valuable nutrition advice to the patients of Absolute Nutrition Counseling.

Rachel Lee Cronin

Integrative Holistic Healer

Rachel Lee Cronin will be your meditation guide for this program. Rachel shares her passion and wisdom she has gained along her journey through the study of psychology, mindfulness, yogic practice, and meditation. She guides you to tune into your own unique energy and trust in your natural ability to transform. Rachel graduated with a Psychology degree at William Paterson University and is continuing her studies for her Masters in mental health. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, & Aromatherapist, with her training consisting of intensive Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yogic Philosophy, Ayurveda, Energy Healing, and Teaching Methodology. Her creative and healing nature inspires others physically, mentally, and spiritually by organically threading the true art of these ancient healing techniques into each practice. Rachel aspires to share her integrative holistic healing with the intention to open the doors to explore not only your body but to awaken your deeper consciousness! Tapping into your greatness, to find more joy, create balance and ease in daily living… and ultimately Be Well.
